I design and lead community-based programs that support learning, reflection, and collective care.

Each project is shaped by local context and developed in collaboration with participants and partners. The work centers adult learners and values presence, clarity, and shared practice.

  • Aquinas Literacy Center | Adult learners & community members

    What it is:
    A community-based initiative offering adult education and resilience-focused programming rooted in language access, emotional literacy, and collective support.

    What we focus on:

    • Language learning through lived experience

    • Emotional vocabulary and grounding practices

    • Community resources and mutual aid

    • Reflection, storytelling, and shared learning

    My role:
    Program Director and lead facilitator, responsible for program design, facilitation, and community partnership development.

  • Community-based English practice

    What it is:
    An open, drop-in space for adult learners to practice English through conversation, listening, and shared discussion.

    What we focus on:

    • Building communication confidence

    • Listening across difference

    • Everyday language for real situations

    • Connection and belonging

    My role:
    Facilitator and program designer.

  • Short-term workshops for adults and community groups

    What it is:
    Facilitated workshops focused on emotional awareness, stress support, and collective care practices during challenging times.

    What we focus on:

    • Naming stress and emotional experience

    • Practical calming tools

    • Support networks and community resources

    • Shared reflection

    My role:
    Facilitator and curriculum designer.

  • Selected collaborative and creative work

    What it is:
    Projects that integrate storytelling, performance practices, and reflection as tools for learning and community engagement.

    What we focus on:

    • Story as a way of making meaning

    • Presence, listening, and embodiment

    • Language as access and expression

    My role:
    Facilitator, director, and collaborator.
